Job Description

Skid Steer Operator position

12 hours shifts 7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7 am. We have openings on FOW Nights(Mon, Tues, Wed and every other Thursday ) & End of the week (Fri, Sat, Sun and every other Thursday )

Operate skid steer loaders in a variety of settings, including loading a conveyor belt with tires, and unloading trailers full of tires.

Adhere to all safety protocols while operating skid steer equipment, as well as company policies and procedures

Inspect skid steer equipment prior to each use to ensure that it is in good working condition and report any problems or maintenance needs to the supervisor

Use skid steers to move materials around job sites, including dirt, gravel, debris, and other heavy objects

Operate skid steers fitted with attachments such as forks, buckets, and or grapple - Repair or replace as needed

Provide assistance to other workers on job sites as needed

Comply with all OSHA regulations and other safety standards

Perform routine skid steer maintenance and cleaning

Skid Steer Operator Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years experience operating a Bobcat or similar heavy equipment
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skid Steer Operator Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience with landscaping, construction, or other labor-intensive work
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
