SAP Program Manager | S/4HANA Greenfield | Long-Term Contract

Contract: 12 months to start, strong likelihood of multi-year extensions

Location: Redmond, WA, Greater Seattle

Client: Global enterprise, capital projects focused

Lead a marquee SAP S/4HANA greenfield transformation with direct impact on a large portfolio of capital projects . You will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery across Finance, Procurement, and project controls, guiding a 60–70 plus person program with a multi-million dollar budget.

What you will do

• Direct the full lifecycle of a large S/4HANA program, from mobilization and design through build, cutover, and stabilization, with emphasis on capital project execution and controls
• Stand up program governance that supports capex budgeting, forecasting, cost control, schedule, risk, change, and contract management , with clear quality gates and compliance
• Ensure robust integration for Finance and Procurement with capital project processes, including asset accounting, capitalization, and close
• Lead and mentor project managers, architects, and functional and technical consultants , maintain clear ownership and velocity across workstreams
• Partner with executives and business owners to align funding, benefits, and outcomes, serve as the escalation point for critical decisions

You bring

• 10 plus years of SAP program and project leadership
• 3 to 4 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations delivered on time and within scope
• Demonstrated success leading ERP programs for capital intensive portfolios , including project controls, cost and schedule management, change and contract management, and capitalization
• Proven ownership of budgets, resourcing, vendor management, timelines , and executive reporting across global teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management , communication, and decision facilitation skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FICO , and awareness of touchpoints with Procurement, MM, SD, Ariba, GTS, RE-FX
• Experience with project-focused solution areas, for example portfolio and project capabilities within S/4 , kept high level rather than module specific
• SAP Activate , PMP or PgMP , or comparable credentials
• Experience balancing agile and hybrid governance in complex ERP programs
