This position is for an experienced Skilled Skid Steer Operator. Proficient in rough grading, fine grading, and skilled grading. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing finished grade tasks around residential homes, including driveway cuts, backfilling foundations, and final grading.

Must have previous work experience in operating one or more machines:

Skid Steer
Payloader
Tractor

Qualifications

Five years of residential experience operating specific types of equipment
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to work in an environment that is subject to various noise, temperature, and weather patterns
Ability to understand and follow directions and work well within a team

Requirements

No minimum education required. High School diploma, GED, or on-site training is preferred
Must have 5 years of experience in operating heavy machinery
Must be willing to assist in all areas of construction on site
Must have available transportation to and from work
Protective safety gear (hard hat, boots, eye wear, etc.)

Execute precise grading around residential homes, including driveway cuts, backfilling foundations, and final grading.
Skillfully operate and control construction equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
Utilize equipment effectively to support the construction of various structures.
Ensure the mechanical integrity and maintenance of all machinery.
Efficiently load, unload, and move materials on-site to facilitate smooth project progression.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
