Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Laborer/Trainee located in Lancaster, PA. The HVAC Laborer/Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role includes tasks such as providing assistance to senior technicians, performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and supporting plumbing tasks as needed.
