As an Executive Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent for both professional and light industrial clients nationwide, with a strong focus on the Florida market.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, interview, and place top talent across multiple industries
• Provide tailored staffing solutions that make a difference
• Partner with a high-energy, supportive, and motivated team

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
• 1–2 years of staffing/recruiting experience (agency preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and MS Teams/Zoom
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Bullhorn experience is a plus!
• Passion for connecting people with opportunities
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
