Last Weeks Average was $2,138 each driver with WEEKLY Incentives.
Monthly Revenue Incentive Bonus – Based on a targeted goal of Driver wage @ less than 22% of revenue. The bonus is the difference between driver’s total wage for the period and 22% of the linehaul revenue for the period.
Year End Truck Profitability bonus – 5% of truck net income for the period of December through November; paid the driver on December 15th (Christmas Bonus)
Driver Unloading – Paid based on activity and volume of work performed. Minimum pay amount is $24.50.
Chaining – $20 on / $20 off.
401(K) – DTS matches the employee contribution 50%, up to a maximum of 2%. A 4% contribution by the employee earns a 2% match by DTS.
PTO
• Begin earning one week of PTO from day one. Eligible to take PTO after six months. (2.5 days)
• Begin earning two weeks at the start year two.
• Begin earning three weeks at the start of year five.
• Begin earning four weeks at the start of year ten.
Health Insurance – DTS contributes $450 towards the monthly premium. You have the option to choose between a PPO or HSA plan. The weekly cost ranges from $10.32 to $58.06 for employee only coverage depending on the plan option chosen.
