Call Center Appointment Setter (Full and Part Time opportunities available)

On Site – Oconomowoc, WI Headquarters

Compensation and Benefits - $20.00/hour PLUS the opportunity to achieve generous weekly, monthly and/or quarterly performance incentives, plus full suite of benefits (health, dental, 401K, etc)

Job Overview:

The Call Center Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service. This role will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services, to schedule appointments and to handle and resolve complaints. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction and strive to exceed customer expectations by demonstrating exemplary service and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects for our sales team. Ability to answer questions and interact professionally with potential customers in a Call Center environment.
  • Following up with leads to assist with nurturing them through the sales process.
  • Be an energetic, positive first interaction with potential customers for the Stronghouse brand, engaging with them in their home project, capturing and recording accurate details for use in the field.
  • Convert incoming and outgoing calls from online lead form completion to scheduled appointments for the correct market.
  • Communicate with the local brands/divisions to ensure the in-person sales opportunity has been properly scheduled with the local sales rep.
  • Once scheduled, initiate additional capture of information with customer, establishing the initial data for lead quotation in the field to properly prepare the sales team for the in-home experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in setting appointments, sales and/or outbound Call Center.
  • Seeking someone financially ambitious, self-driven and coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with people quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
